Coffee is personal — and not every roast will suit every preference. If your coffee isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.
How We Handle It
If something isn’t right, simply reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Depending on the situation, we’ll either:
- Recommend and send a better match
- Or guide you through a return for a refund
A Note on Returns
For preference-based returns:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- A majority of the product must remain
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service
- Refunds are issued once the return is received
If There’s an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll resolve it immediately — no return required.
