1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states except to countries where shipping is prohibited or impractical. If you have any questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at support@quantumbrews.com.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA):
    Orders within the continental USA are typically processed the next business day and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping:
    Orders over $59 within the continental USA qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Domestic Shipping Costs:
    For orders under $59, standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Expedited shipping options are available for both domestic and international orders at an additional cost.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at support@quantumbrews.com.


5. Shipping Insurance

  • Domestic Orders:
    All shipments within the USA are insured against loss or damage during transit.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@quantumbrews.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace your order at no additional cost.

  • Delayed Shipments:
    While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
